Job Title: Specialist Scheduling & Logistics
Main Mission:
We are seeking a skilled Specialist Scheduling & Logistics to support our partner in the Neuchâtel region.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning and monitoring patient treatment schedules for product manufacturing, while maintaining a strong relationship with our sales team and clinical partners.
Key Tasks:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for centers and sites.
* Create and maintain patient schedules and timelines through scheduling software.
* Manage delivery, transportation, and manufacturing activities.
* Solve problems and develop action plans when necessary.
* Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in meetings as required.
* Draft, update, and apply assigned work instructions and procedures.
Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or patient service.
* The ability to manage complex situations and work independently and efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility for international travel, up to 10%.
* Computer skills, including SAP software.
* Fluency in English and French.
