We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our R&D Smart Controls team. In this role, you will design, develop, and test electrical components and sub-systems in collaboration with mechanical, software, and project engineering teams to ensure seamless integration into complex elevator systems.
Your work will directly support our mission to modernize and enhance elevator technology by delivering smarter, more efficient, and cost-effective electrical solutions that meet real-world demands.
Your exciting new challenges
1. Evaluating and demonstrating the technical feasibility of new concepts and solutions
2. Analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, and verifying electrical components and systems in accordance with industry codes and standards
3. Interpreting market and customer requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications
4. Planning and executing tasks according to development project timelines and milestones
5. Applying broad engineering principles and leveraging cross-disciplinary knowledge to solve complex technical challenges
6. Analyzing subsystem behavior and driving design improvements throughout the development cycle
7. Determining and developing solution approaches for system-level design and integration
8. Cooperating technically with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless system compatibility

What you bring
9. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
10. Extensive experience in electrical and electronic systems, including electrical CAD and product commissioning/testing
11. Proven expertise in the design and integration of modern electrical/electronic components and architectures
12. Hands-on experience with electrical CAD tools and system validation in industrial environments
13. Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
