We are looking for a world-class AI Automation Instructor to lead an intensive 2-week AI Automation Bootcamp. Our goal isn't just to teach the basics; it is to empower professionals to build their own AI agents and workflows. We aim to transform non-technical managers and entrepreneurs into high-leverage Automation Architects who are indispensable in the 2026 workplace.
This is a 100% remote role. We are open to talent across Europe and North America, provided you can lead live sessions in the CET/GMT evening time slots.
The Role
* Curriculum Design: You will help finalize a 10-day lesson plan focused on AI tools that students can use in their jobs the very next morning.
* Live Teaching: You will lead high-energy, 2-hour online evening classes that keep professionals engaged and excited after their workday.
* Simple Explanations: You will turn complex tech like AI agents and workflows into easy-to-understand concepts using simple language and great analogies.
* Hands-on Building: You will guide students through live exercises and show them exactly how to fix mistakes calmly when things don\'t work perfectly.
* Student Results: You will ensure every student finishes the course with a set of working automations and the confidence to stop doing repetitive manual work.

* The Builder: You are a power user of n8n, Make.com, and other automation tools. You understand how to stitch together the 2026 AI stack (OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity) into functional systems.
* The Presenter: You are charismatic and camera-ready. You know how to manage a digital room, encourage students, and maintain momentum.
* The Pragmatist: You focus on what saves time and makes money today. You are grounded, practical, and outcome-oriented.
Technical Setup and Digital Presence
* Pro-Grade Setup: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a high-quality microphone and webcam to ensure a professional student experience.
* Virtual Stage Management: You are comfortable managing screen shares flawlessly, including using tools to highlight your cursor or draw on-screen so students can follow your clicks.
* Dual-Monitor Proficiency: You can lead a class on one screen while monitoring student questions and troubleshooting chat on another without losing your flow.
The Logistics
* Format: 100% Online (Live via Zoom/Google Meet or other).
* Schedule: 2 hours every weekday evening (10 sessions total).
* Compensation: $1,000 - $2,500 per cohort (depending on experience and curriculum development provided).
