Project Manager Service for Small Heating Conversions (m/f)

Responsibilities
* Appointment scheduling with property management companies, private builders, architects, etc.
* Ensure quality, timely, and cost-appropriate project execution.
* Acquisition and quoting.
* Coordination and organization of fitters.
* Order preparation (materials, posting).
Qualifications
* Solid training as a heating and/or sanitary installer.
* Experience with office tasks or building technology planning heating.
* Independent and responsible personality.
* Experience in planning and execution including construction supervision.
* Organizational and coordination skills.
* Commitment and motivation.
* Fluency in German (spoken and written).
* Proficiency with Office software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
* CAD experience (Plancal nova) an advantage.
* Driver’s license category B.
