Key Mission
1. Planning technician travel and managing intervention logistics
2. Handling administrative follow-up of interventions, validating reports, and managing invoices
3. Preparing monthly reports and updating client information in the CRM
4. Managing client requests and monitoring payments
Required Skills
* Degree in commerce or similar experience
* 3 years of experience in customer service or call centers
* Proficiency in French, English, and German (minimum B2 level)
* Skills in common IT tools and advanced technologies
* Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills
