Job Description
* Create and update customer, vendor, and pricing condition records in the system
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency by following established processes and validation rules
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, procurement, sales) to gather and verify data
* Support the resolution of data-related issues and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives
* Work with tools such as SAP and Ariba to manage workflows and approvals
* Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance standards for data handling
The Successful Applicant
* Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with structured information
* Is organized, reliable, and able to follow processes accurately
* Communicates clearly and professionally in English (French or other languages are a plus)
* Is eager to learn and develop new skills in data management and business systems
* Works well in a team and is comfortable collaborating across departments and cultures
* Ideally has some exposure to ERP systems like SAP, but this is not a requirement
* Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is open to feedback and continuous improvement
