Main Responsibilities:
The Solution Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

* Go-to-market of 2 to 4 new products per year in the relevant Smart Power category, including comprehensive go-to-market plan
* Localized data sheets and documents to provide all important technical information to partners and customers
* Training for internal teams, distribution partners, and key customers
* Support biddings for large opportunities, prepare bill of material and quotation, maintain project documentation

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

* At least 3 years experience in a technical sales position in renewable energy industry
* Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer or similar technical education
* Good knowledge of power electronics such as inverters and energy storage systems

Strong communication and presentation skills in English, German, and French
