About the role: The position is very dynamic and enhances the cross-functional support with many departments in the different countries and with our Headquarters in Italy. As our Accounting Manager, responsible of the financial statement of different companies in Switzerland and foreign branches, you ensure compliance with standards in the different countries and lead your accounting team to success. Your expertise will help us maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making. Key responsabilities: * Supervising the daily financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger * Prepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions and allocations * Ensure compliance with Swiss statutory accounting standards (Swiss OR) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS, FINMA) * Coordinate internal and external audits * Manage and support Tax matters, direct /indirect taxes and compliance * Management of bank compliance * Swiss Legal activities * Lead and mentor a team of 5 accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment * Support process improvements and digital transformation initiatives Qualifications * Certified accountant with Swiss Federal Diploma in Accounting & Controlling * Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting & Controlling is an advantage * Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and regulations * Strong knowledge of Swiss OR and IFRS * Experience with internal & external audit processes * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance * Competencies to coach/ manage a team Technical skills * ERP Systems (SAP and Dynamics is an advantage) * MS Office & Advanced Excel skills * Hyperion consolidation reporting Language * Fluency in English and German is required * Good level in French * As an Italian company, Italian basics are appreciated Personal skills * Strong analytical & problem-solving Mindset * High ethical standards and strong sense of accountability * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Skilled in cross-cultural and multilingual business environments * Flexibility in managing foreign countries with different time zones * Adaptability & Change Management * Time & Priority Management What do we offer * Competitive remuneration and benefits * Favorable Pension plan (2nd pillar) * Family-Friendly Benefits, Mobility and Welfare Support * Flexible working hours and hybrid work possibilities * Dynamic, inclusive, and international work environment Can you identify yourself with the tasks and requirements?
