* Pianificazione e strutturazione dei contenuti di formazione di vendita e specialistica, sui processi e sui tools
* Gestione e realizzazione di seminari in presenza e online
* Preparazione specialistica dei consulenti agli esami esterni di settore
* Allestimento e aggiornamento della documentazione didattica
* Collegamento in rete dei contenuti della formazione specialistica con i processi di vendita
* Collaborazione a progetti e gestione di sottoprogetti
I vostri punti di forza
* Diploma di specializzazione superiore in ambito bancario e/o assicurativo
* Esperienza professionale nel settore finanziario (banche, assicurazioni o organizzazioni di distribuzione nonché conoscenze nel campo della formazione)
* Ottime conoscenze dell’italiano e del tedesco (bilingue)
* Spirito imprenditoriale e orientamento alla clientela
* Elevata affinità digitale e multimediale e buone conoscenze di Microsoft Office
