When the docking station breaks down, the network malfunctions, or a password is lost, you are the hero of the moment. As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d), you ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, our colleagues can work happily, and digitization at Ricola progresses every day.
Your mission:
1. Receive requests in the ticketing system and solve hardware, software, or network problems (1st & 2nd level support)
2. Locate and fix malfunctions, or cleverly escalate issues
3. Organize repairs, replace devices, and perform restart and restore procedures
4. Set up new users, manage permissions, and maintain Active Directory & Microsoft Entra
5. Install and maintain workstation systems, mobile devices, and communication tools
6. Test, evaluate, and procure new IT solutions in collaboration with the team
7. Support IT projects and take on on-call duties to ensure that everything runs smoothly, even outside of regular hours
8. Share your knowledge in IT training courses and keep instructions and checklists up to date

9. Completed training as a computer scientist with solid knowledge of the Windows environment
10. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company
11. Certifications in the Microsoft environment are a plus
12. Language skills: fluent German and English, French or Italian an advantage
13. Driver's license cat. B
