How you’ll make an impact
* Develop new products and core components for High Voltage Circuit Breakers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability
* Collaborate closely with engineers, technical experts, and scientists across our global R&D team to drive innovation and share knowledge
* Plan, execute, and analyze engineering simulations using both commercial and in‑house tools to support product development
* Take ownership of CFD simulations, playing a key role in technology and product development projects
* Transform simulation and testing results into validated designs that deliver strong and consistent performance in real‑world applications
* Contribute to defining future development directions and actively improve the capabilities of our CFD simulation tools and methodologies
* Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports to ensure knowledge sharing and support decision‑making processes
* Leverage expertise to provide insights that guide management decisions and strengthen global R&D efforts
Your background
* Master’s degree in mechanical or high voltage engineering
* Experience in power equipment development, especially high voltage switchgear
* Proven expertise in CFD application for product development
* Practical experience with FEA simulation tools and CAD
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams
* Excellent English skills and willingness to learn German
