We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to co-found our FinTech startup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable mobile and web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Job Description
* Develop robust backend services and APIs with Nest.js.
* Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver an outstanding and responsive user experience.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
* Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
* Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of high-quality development.
* Stay ahead of tech trends and continuously evolve our tech stack.
* Work hand-in-hand with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
* Manage and mentor 1-2 developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
* Drive MVP development, customer feedback integration, and iterative product improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Expert in React.js, Next.js (front-end) and Nest.js (backend).
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).
* Skilled in version control (Git) and best practices in responsive design.
* Knowledgeable in Google Cloud solutions and latest data security measures.
* Problem solver with sharp attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
* Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
* Experience shipping MVPs and iterating based on user feedback.
