Fulltime Housemanager/Hausmanager for a lovely family wantedArea of responsibility:
* Manage and supervise a portfolio of up to 5 properties in various locations around Freienbach, Zurich and the swiss mountains
* Ensure high standards of cleaning and maintenance of all properties, including gardens, indoor plants, pool area and Spa
* Bring properties on an impeccable service standard-level before arrival and during client’s stay
* Provide a high level of service to the family and ensure their needs and preferences are met
* Coordinate and supervise maintenance of properties, its technical equipment and cars
* Supervise, train and hire housekeeping staff and 3rd parties (gardeners, electricians, etc.)
* Organize and plan the team and its daily task
* Hands-on support of the team in the daily business
* Manage and report household-budget
* Running errands and other duties ad hoc
Qualification:
* Several years of experience as Household Manager or Hotel Manager
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and responsibilities
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise, train and motivate staff
* Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
* Problem-solving personality with passion for details
* Excellent knowledge in the care of demanding materials and laundry skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Car and driver’s license is required
* Excellent references and existing working visa
