Our client, a global leader in the Pharma Sector, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner 100% (m/f/d). In this strategic role, you will be the main contact for employees and managers, supporting performance management, talent development, and HR initiatives to drive company growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture focused on communication, diversity, and talent growth.
* Support employees and managers on engagement, performance, training, employee relations, and recruitment.
* Lead "Exact Journey" processes (performance & career development) within your teams.
* Provide HR guidance, resolve employee relations issues, and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
* Report on HR metrics like turnover and satisfaction levels.
* Drive HR initiatives such as onboarding, training, and process improvements.
* Promote company values during rapid growth; support change management.
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.
* Travel up to 25% as needed.
Your Profile:
Minimum:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
* 8+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility
* Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
Preferred:
* HR certification or coaching qualification
* Degree in Human Resources
