Team and Responsibilities
Build the Experience. Drive Engagement. Create Digital Value.
Our mobile apps and digital services are more than features – they are the direct access point to performance, recovery, and sleep for our community.
As Product Owner Mobile Apps & Academy, you take ownership of the vision, value, and continuous development of our mobile app experience and digital course ecosystem. You connect product strategy with user experience, technology with content, and create digital services that deliver real value.
You think in platforms, not features – and strategically evolve our app ecosystem in a sustainable way.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You define and own the product vision and strategic value contribution of our mobile apps and digital services.
2. You translate company strategy into a consistent, user-centric, and value-creating app experience.
3. You develop a long-term product strategy and derive a clear, prioritized roadmap.
4. You take ownership of prioritization, backlog management, and the active management of cross-functional dependencies.
5. You work closely with Engineering, Design, and relevant stakeholders to align business objectives, technical requirements, and user needs.
6. You manage your product domain end-to-end – from discovery and concept through delivery to performance measurement and continuous optimization.
Your profile
7. You bring solid experience in mobile app product management – ideally within a health, coaching, or content-driven environment.
8. You have experience working in cross-functional squads and building native apps (e.g., Kotlin).
9. You understand modern mobile architectures, API integrations, and scalable backend structures.
10. You are able to define and prioritize roadmaps that connect app functionality with a CMS-driven content infrastructure – including structured metadata, tagging logic, and efficient publishing workflows.
11. Ideally, you have experience with AI-based content matching or recommendation systems (e.g., personalization engines or hybrid rule-based/ML models).
12. You know how to define clear user journeys, data requirements, and success metrics.
13. You confidently balance technical feasibility, user value, and commercial impact.
14. You collaborate closely with Engineering, Content, Data, and Coaching stakeholders and deliver measurable impact in engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
15. You are a digitally minded product professional with a strong ownership mindset and clear value orientation.
