Napapijri seeks a seasoned sales leader to spearhead direct sales efforts and drive revenue growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and communicate multi-year vision and growth strategy for key accounts, aligning with the brand's overall objectives.
* Effectively manage agencies and their account profitability, ensuring growth within budgeted parameters.
* Promote strong partnerships with senior teams across disciplines, influencing development of field account propositions, including product assortment, allocation, visual look, and marketing/promotions.
* Provide market insights and trends analysis to identify opportunities for accelerated growth, maintaining awareness of competitors' strategies.
* Drive teams to deliver exceptional results by developing and communicating compelling visions that meet and exceed business objectives.
* Foster relationships in each field key account, leveraging senior management contacts as needed.
* Lead, develop, and drive plans, actions, and decisions that deliver sales growth, margin expansion, and profit for the brand.
* Evolve productivity through accelerating top-line growth, improving gross margins, managing expenses, and building efficiencies in central support costs.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with direct reports and agency partners, promoting confidence, morale, and team spirit.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years sales/key account management experience in the fashion industry at a similar level.
* Deep understanding of the industry and its values.
* Experience working with fashion consumers and crafting mutual strategic plans.
* Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* High energy, goal-oriented, and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
* University degree in business with a sales focus or equivalent.
