Your Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Administration, Finance and Control Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations and administration.
Your Impact
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable, issuing invoices, and handling general ledger entries.
* Overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Preparing periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
* Developing and implementing a streamlined internal management control system.
* Handling document management and correspondence, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
* Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, overseeing cash flow and liquidity.
* Defining finance and administration procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Overseeing HR administration, including attendance tracking, meal vouchers, and expense reimbursements.
* Managing procurement, general services, and office operations.
* Coordinating with external consultants (accountants, payroll specialists, etc.).
Your Journey so far
* Educational Background: A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, administration, and accounting. Experience in roles involving budgeting, reporting, and financial controls is essential.
Your Essentials
* Technical Skills: knowledge of financial software (e.g., ERP systems, accounting tools) and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) is required to ensure effective communication with international stakeholders.
