We are looking for a Test Manager specialised in Éditique and Document Management to support a major digital transformation program for a leading Swiss insurance company. This role is ideal for someone with strong ownership of test strategy, able to lead test activities and a small team on a critical document production and GED perimeter.
* Test Manager / Test Lead with 5+ years of experience on complex or transformation projects.
* Solid background in éditique and/or document management (GED, DMS, ECM) in a corporate or regulated environment (insurance or banking a strong plus).
* Proven experience defining test strategies and managing end‑to‑end test activities (system, integration, UAT, non‑regression) for a specific functional perimeter.
* Hands‑on knowledge of document composition and management solutions (ideally OpenText Exstream or equivalent) and ability to understand XML/JSON‑based document flows.
* Strong experience with test management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Xray and Confluence; exposure to test automation initiatives is a plus.
* Practical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with multi‑disciplinary teams (PM, PO, BA, Dev, Testing).
* Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with a leadership mindset and a strong quality focus.
* Fluency in French (working language) and good command of English (B2+).
* Based in Switzerland or nearby (or willing to relocate), open to a hybrid setup with several days per week on‑site in Lausanne.
* Own the test strategy and end‑to‑end quality for the Éditique / Document Management perimeter, covering system, integration, UAT and non‑regression campaigns.
* Define and maintain the test approach across a major digital transformation program and evolutive maintenance, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical constraints.
* Plan, structure and steer test plans, campaigns and quality milestones, including entry/exit criteria, risk management and reporting.
* Lead and coordinate a team of Test Analysts (éditique / GED), allocate activities between project and run, and ensure adequate coverage and consistency of test cases.
* Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, development teams and the testing/automation service to design scenarios, prepare data and secure test environments.
* Produce clear dashboards and KPIs on test progress, coverage, quality and defects, and provide regular status and risk assessments to stakeholders.
* Contribute to defect lifecycle management (analysis, prioritisation, follow‑up) and drive continuous improvement of testing practices, methods and tools within the document management area.
