To strengthen its paediatrics unit, we are looking for the following specialist: Job Description Conduct paediatric consultations to monitor the health of infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their growth and development. Diagnose and manage common and complex paediatric pathologies, adopting a personalised and compassionate approach. Inform parents and support them in understanding and managing childhood illnesses, promoting an educational and reassuring approach. Develop prevention and vaccination actions according to current recommendations, and participate in child health awareness campaigns. Collaborate with other specialists (neonatology, paediatric cardiology, paediatric neurology, etc.) to ensure multidisciplinary care tailored to patients’ needs. Update medical records and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee optimal continuity of care. Supervise and share expertise with junior doctors and care teams in a continuous training approach. Qualifications Medical degree with specialisation in Paediatrics, recognised in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence. Registration or recognition by MEBEKO in Switzerland or in process. Proven experience in general paediatrics and ability to manage a variety of childhood pathologies. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children and their families. Competence in managing paediatric emergency situations. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various actors in the care pathway.
