The Role:
Diese Rolle trägt wesentlich zur Zuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit von Industriemaschinen und Anlagen bei. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Teams aus Produktion, Engineering und Betrieb zusammen.
You will work closely with the production, engineering, and operations teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability and availability of industrial machinery and equipment, contributing directly to production continuity.
Main Responsibilities:
Fachgerechte und wirtschaftliche Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagenteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Skizzen / Professional and cost-effective maintenance of machines and plant components based on technical drawings and sketches
Behebung von Störungen an den Anlagen / Troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner
Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe in Abstimmung mit dem Team und den Auftraggebern / Coordination of workflows in alignment with the team and internal clients
Unterstützung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen / Support of continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability
Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs / Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Polymechaniker EFZ oder einem artverwandten Beruf / Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification in a related field
Automatikkenntnisse von Vorteil / Knowledge of automation systems is an advantage
Bereitschaft zu kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung / Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
