Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage core sales data and ensure consistency across departments.
* Monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
* Coordinate the global forecasting process with regional teams.
* Use historical and current data to drive accurate short- and long-term sales projections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations.
* Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply.
* Streamline cross-departmental communication and reduce duplicated efforts.
* Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP/CRM tools supporting sales processes.
Communication & Organizational Alignment:
* Facilitate structured communication across the sales team and executive leadership.
* Ensure clarity of goals, updates, and priorities across stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets.
* Business acumen: Understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and financial principles.
