A leading international healthcare provider with a strong and growing presence in Switzerland is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Swiss operations.This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization at the intersection of healthcare, operations, and corporate governance.Your responsibilitiesReporting to senior management and working closely with international teams, you will:Advise on Swiss corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder-related topicsDraft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (services, partnerships, procurement, etc.)Support day-to-day legal matters of the Swiss entitiesEnsure compliance with applicable Swiss laws and regulations, particularly in a healthcare environmentProvide pragmatic legal guidance to business stakeholdersLiaise with external counsel when requiredContribute to legal projects and process improvements at local and group levelYour profileQualified lawyer or in-house counsel with strong knowledge of Swiss lawMinimum 4–8 years of experience, ideally gained in a law firm and/or in-house environmentSolid experience in corporate governance and commercial contractsExposure to regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, life sciences, services) is a plusBusiness-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-driven mindsetAbility to work autonomously while interacting with international stakeholdersFluent in French and English; German is strong assets
