This role combines laboratory expertise, field deployment, operational structuring, and small-scale development project management.
Responsibilities
* Perform tracer applications at mining sites and cutting centers worldwide
* Ensure quality, compliance, and proper documentation of all applications
* Train local partners and continuously improve workflows and SOPs
* Establish and optimize PCR-based read‑out processes
* Plan, execute, and evaluate pilot projects and feasibility studies
* Develop and document SOPs and ensure analytical reliability and quality control
* Coordinate with laboratory and quality management teams
* Develop and maintain a tracking system for tracers, samples, and results
* Ensure full traceability and documentation integrity
* Represent Provenance Proof on‑site with professionalism and integrity
* Support digitalization and process optimization
* Contribute to operational development, identify bottlenecks, and support service scaling
Requirements
* Professional training as Chemielaborant EFZ (Swiss Federal Diploma) – mandatory
* High willingness to travel internationally (including remote mining locations)
* Flexible and adaptable personality
* Valid passport and ability to travel globally
* Experience in laboratory work (molecular biology / PCR experience is a strong advantage)
* Experience in structured documentation and quality‑conscious environments
* Experience in handling small projects independently
* English (spoken and written)
* High degree of self‑organization and reliability
* Ability to work independently in field and lab settings
* Strong problem‑solving mindset
* High level of integrity and discretion
* Comfortable working in international and intercultural environments
