Telecommunications Sales Professional
Our team in Geneva is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join us as Telecommunications Sales Professionals.
This role is a full-time opportunity for 3 months with the possibility of a permanent contract after the assignment.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by advising customers on products and services.
* Promote and sell telecommunications solutions (mobile, internet, accessories).
* Provide timely and effective support to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Support store operations, including merchandising and stock management.
* Meet individual and team sales targets through proactive communication and relationship-building.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Previous experience in sales or retail, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A customer-focused attitude with a proactive and dynamic approach to achieving sales targets.
* Flexibility to work in different store locations if needed.
* Fluency in French; English is a plus, and other languages are an advantage.
* Availability to work weekends and peak hours.
