Lead the AI Transformation of a Forward-Thinking Organization
This role will enhance and drive the AI strategy, champion adoption across the company, and inspire teams to explore what AI makes possible.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop an overall AI vision and strategy that becomes a core enabler of business goals.
2. Act as the organization's AI champion, inspiring, educating, and aligning leadership and teams around AI transformation.
3. Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI team, providing direction across process optimization, data science, engineering, and regulatory expertise.
4. Create AI frameworks, tools, and playbooks that enable scalable AI adoption across the company.
5. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and help them become AI-enabled.
6. Drive AI advocacy and adoption, translating complex concepts, delivering training, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
7. Ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible AI usage, establishing policies that mitigate risks related to data, regulation, and AI deployment.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, with a strong understanding of modern machine learning, data platforms, and automation technologies.
* Proven inspirational leadership of organization-wide AI or innovation initiatives, with experience motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex or matrixed environments.
* Demonstrated ability to drive strategic change - you can communicate clearly at the executive level, align diverse teams, and shape decision-making to accelerate adoption of AI.
* Experience building and scaling internal AI capabilities such as AI hubs, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise AI programs.
* Strong partnership skills with product and engineering teams and their leadership (e.g., integrating AI into agile processes and scrum workflows).
* Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value, connecting AI opportunities with measurable outcomes.
* Ideally a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technology focus.
* Full professional proficiency in English, German, or French is a plus.
