We are seeking a versatile and amazing Infrastructure and Network Security Engineer to join our consulting team. In this role, you will handle a broad range of responsibilities related to network security, architecture, implementation, and IT operations. Your role will be critical in advising and ensuring the security, performance, and efficiency of our clients' IT environments.
Responsibilities
* Innovative Client Solutions: Assess clients' IT infrastructure needs and craft tailored solutions based on our portfolio.
* Network Security Management: Design, implement, and manage robust network security solutions to protect clients' systems and data with technologies like ZTNA, micro-segmentation, etc.
* IT Operations: Support IT operations management, ensuring optimal performance and availability of IT systems and networks.
* Monitoring and Observability: Implement and manage network monitoring and observability tools to maintain network health and performance.
* Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert consulting services, advising clients on best practices for network security and IT operations.
* Client Support: Offer technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
* Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Assist in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and provide support during the sales cycle.
* Training and Development: Educate clients on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in network security and IT operations.
Qualifications
* Swiss residency
* Fluent in English and French (proficiency in German and/or Italian is a plus)
* 4+ years of experience in network management and/or security
* Broad knowledge of network security tools and technologies
* Bonus: Awareness of ManageEngine, Akamai Guardicore, SentinelOne, Cloudflare, Darktrace, and/or Illumio.
* Strong understanding of IT management, networking, and cybersecurity principles
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
