The name Sécheron Hasler Group is a worldwide synonym for Swiss Quality and represents a leading reference for state of the art products supplied to the market. /p pWith more than 1’300 employees worldwide, we are wherever our customers are around the globe, supplying products approved in our customers’ countries or markets and deliver top‑notch supply chain and customer services locally. /p h3Global Objectives /h3 ul liDevelop the business prospecting new clients and managing current accounts for existing and new products covering railway as well as renewable energy and industrial applications, ensuring sustainable business growth. /li liCollaborate closely with the sales team, product line managers, product development teams, marketing and other BU’s. /li liPrepare and organize key business meetings with prospective clients to develop business opportunities. /li liProvide market feedback to product development teams and after‑sales support. /li liIdentify market opportunities in railway, industrial and renewable energy applications, guide the development of new business segments and the product roadmap. /li liDevelop, in strong cooperation with the product line managers and the sales team, business cases for individual products. /li liPrepare product launch and market placement plans in close cooperation with marketing, sales and product line managers. /li liProvide technical expertise, drive customer‑oriented activities, implement company’s strategies, introduce Sécheron’s products on future platforms. /li liAnalyze customer’s requests and needs, and ensure the clients get firm offers according to their needs, technical specifications, in a timely manner, for products, solutions and services. /li liDevelop the after sales services. /li liWork in strong collaboration with other departments. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Power Electronics Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering. /li liProven successful track record introducing power products to new international clients, thereby driving key people across the organization. /li liMinimum 5 years of successful technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment. /li liGood knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission distribution, renewable energy and e‑mobility. /li liInterest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs. /li liExcellent analytical, project management and problem‑solving skills. /li liOutstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale. /li liProven ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems. /li liExperienced to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /li liExcellent English (written and oral), French and/or German desirable. /li liOpen to frequent travelling. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe have flat hierarchies and encourage direct communication between departments and levels of management.
