The role
As a Senior Consultant, you support our clients in making delivery predictable. You build agile product teams, establish solid ways of working, and ensure collaboration, transparency, and focus work in day-to-day business. Depending on the engagement, you act as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or a combination of these roles. In addition, you bring your experience as a trainer to our Academy and deliver training sessions for teams and leaders.
Your responsibilities
* Professionally introduce and further develop agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
* Set up new product teams at client sites, support them, and develop them towards high performance
* Facilitate agile events and workshops, strengthen collaboration, and remove impediments sustainably
* Provide enablement and coaching for teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders (hands‑on and implementation‑focused)
* Academy assignments: prepare and deliver training (in‑person, online, or hybrid), create and continuously improve training materials and exercises
* Support participants and bridge the gap between training and day‑to‑day client implementation (transfer, coaching, Q&A)
* Analyze delivery metrics and signals, derive insights for reporting, and communicate regularly with stakeholders
* Solve tooling questions pragmatically, especially around Jira/Confluence and Azure DevOps (including adjacent tools)
* Certification as Scrum Master, RTE and/or Product Owner (Scrum.org/Scrum Alliance, SAFe)
* Several years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in an agile software or product development environment (interface between business and IT)
* Strong understanding of agile delivery, team development, and servant leadership
* Practical understanding of software delivery/DevOps fundamentals (flow, CI/CD, quality) so coaching works in the day‑to‑day engineering context
* Experience in scaled environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums)
* Confident presence, clear communication, strong customer focus, and a high sense of ownership
* Confident with common tools (especially Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps)
* Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
* Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
Nice to have
* Experience with agile transformations, reorganizations, or setting up new delivery setups
* Experience with portfolio and program setups, governance, and stakeholder management (e.g., PI Planning/ART, portfolio, or steering formats)
