The role
As a Senior Consultant, you support our clients in making delivery predictable. You build agile product teams, establish solid ways of working, and ensure collaboration, transparency, and focus work in day-to-day business. Depending on the engagement, you act as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or a combination of these roles. In addition, you bring your experience as a trainer to our Academy and deliver training sessions for teams and leaders.
Your responsibilities
1. Professionally introduce and further develop agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
2. Set up new product teams at client sites, support them, and develop them towards high performance
3. Facilitate agile events and workshops, strengthen collaboration, and remove impediments sustainably
4. Provide enablement and coaching for teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders (hands‑on and implementation‑focused)
5. Academy assignments: prepare and deliver training (in‑person, online, or hybrid), create and continuously improve training materials and exercises
