In this dynamic environment, both local and international, we invite you to join our team. /p pWe are looking for a Head of Entertainment for our Leadership Camps from June 16 to July 27, 2026. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate closely with the leadership team to ensure activities run on time and meet quality expectations. /li liCoordinate and execute all pre-designed evening activities according to the camp programme, supervise and brief the counsellors involved in evening activities. /li liEnsure safety, discipline, and the smooth running of all evening events. /li liPrepare, organize, and manage materials, decorations, props, and set-up required for each activity. /li liAnimate or co-animate evening programs, creatively enhance, adapt, or improve evening activities when appropriate and design some smaller or optional evening programs when needed. /li liMaintain a high standard of fun, organisation, and leadership learning in evening events. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE AND COMPETENCES /h3 ul liExperience in camps, animation, performing arts, or youth programmes. /li liExperience in leadership, supervising teams and leading and coordinating activities. /li liAbility to work long hours and manage evening events consistently, executing programmes with precision and enthusiasm. /li liStrong organisation, planning and communication skills and the ability to enhance existing concepts, decorate basic spaces, solve problems on the fly. /li liAbility to maintain high energy and a positive atmosphere in evening settings. /li liFluent English and proficient in another European language. /li liClean criminal records. /li /ul pAs part of the application, we'd love to get to know you a little better.
