What you will do
As Senior Specialist, Marketing Programs, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering global internal marketing programs. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Programs, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive key internal global programs aligned with the Johnson Controls marketing priorities, enterprise strategy, and growth areas. Working at the center of programs, platforms, and people, you’ll inform, connect, and engage marketing teams worldwide, curating meaningful touchpoints for the global marketing community, and ensuring consistent communication and program delivery.
How you will do it
Program Development & Management
1. Plan and deliver calendar of virtual internal events and delivery of program updates.
2. Drive the strategic direction and execution of the Global Marketing Community portal with key stakeholders including development, updates, and continuous evolution.
3. Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
4. Apply best-in-class project management to ensure a consistent planning process for executing strategic goals and timely accomplishment of tasks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
5. Define, optimize and evolve marketing processes, deploying appropriate tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
6. Send regular communication updates, sharing best practices and aligning with global priorities.
What we look for
7. Minimum 5 years of international experience in marketing, communications, or project management
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
9. Excellent experience with Microsoft 365 applications, virtual events and collaboration platforms; familiarity with digital and email marketing tools preferred
10. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in an international, matrixed organization
11. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
This position is offered as a fixed‑term contract with a duration of 12 months.
