Your Role
Global Biomaterials Professional Services Specialist to join our global team at the headquarters in Lucerne. In this role, you will support the adoption, training, technical integration, and business development of our bone regenerative portfolio. Acting as the interface between scientific expertise and commercial execution, you will collaborate with dental professionals, internal teams, and key opinion leaders to drive product performance, market adoption, and customer value.
You will work closely with our Global New Business Lead, MarCom, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver high-quality support and insights that shape the success of our biomaterials portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a subject matter expert on bone regenerative biomaterials, offering guidance on indications, techniques, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to provide clinical feedback and support product development
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clinicians, dental schools/universities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), in collaboration with local markets.
* Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and continuing education events.
* Provide in-depth clinical education and hands-on training to dental professionals on the use of bone regenerative biomaterials
* Support product evaluations, trials/studies, and onboarding in dental practices and universities.
* Coordinate the organization of events/conferences, webinars, workshops, and presentations.
* Support the development of clinical documentation, training materials, and digital content.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and excellence in customer experience.
* Support product inquiries (and complaint handling) with clinical insight.
Your Profile
* Degree in Dentistry, dental materials, or a related life sciences field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the bone regenerative industry or similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of bone regenerative biomaterials and their clinical applications.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
* Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and in an international matrix environment.
* Experience in professional services, clinical affairs, or technical training within the dental industry.
* Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in dental product development.
* Fluent or Native English speaker; Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
