Business Consultants at Swiss-AS are considered "tech-savvy" Airline/MRO TechOps experts who bring practical industry experience to guide our Airline & MRO customers in implementing AMOS effectively.
Our top 3 criteria:
1. Practical experience in Airline & MRO Supply Chain & Material Management.
2. Expert knowledge of AMOS and/or other ERP systems.
3. Experience in managing digital implementation projects.
Your Main Tasks
* Assess and implement efficient "AMOS-based" MRO processes within a fully configured AMOS Digital Ecosystem.
* This includes modules for Supply Chain, Material forecasting, Reordering, AMOSmobile/STORES, and interfaces to/from third-party digital software.
* Define and plan the scope and schedule of the AMOS implementation project from Kick-Off to Go-Live.
* Share expertise with colleagues and participate in continuous upskilling in digital TechOps and Project Management fields.
Competence Requirements
* Minimum two years of practical aviation industry experience with knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and regulations.
* Strong project management skills, especially in scheduling, scoping, and stakeholder analysis. PMP certification is preferred.
* Digital skills including software configuration, mobile devices, API integrations, and data management.
* Experience in process assessment, design mapping, and value assessment (Value-Chain, Lean, BPMN).
* Active and recent AMOS usage at the Key-User/Super-User level.
Social & Personal Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for workshops and customer meetings.
* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with transparent communication.
* Ability to handle complex and changing project conditions independently.
* Fluent in English; additional languages, especially German, are assets.
* Willingness to travel and relocate to Basel, Switzerland.
