For one of our clients in the Lausanne region, we are urgently seeking a profile of HR Advisor 60%-80%. Responsibilities:- Ensure the management of the personnel life cycle- Manage and draft contractual documents and other HR documents- Make provisions for issuing a warning, participate in a dismissal, handle complex issues- Provide support in recruitment and general HR advice (on an occasional basis)Profile:- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commercial employee or equivalent title and a federal diploma in HR specialist- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position- Perfect command of oral and written French; knowledge of English would be a plus- Good writing skills, autonomy, and proactivity- You have an interest in the field and a good ability to assist in temporary replacements via our agencyAbout us:Adecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
