You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Design and Implementation: Configure and develop custom Service Now applications and workflows to align with client goals.
Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate Service Now with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other protocols.
Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior developers.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhere to development standards.
What We’re Looking For Experience:5+ years of Service Now development, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.
Experience with additional modules like GRC, HRSD, or AP is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong scripting knowledge and proficiency with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Deep understanding of Service Now architecture and ITIL/ITSM principles.
Expertise in integrating Service Now with third-party systems.
Certifications (Preferred): Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Soft Skills: Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
