About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join a leading digital transformation partner in Zurich. This is a key, high-impact role responsible for defining and guiding enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and value-driven solutions for global clients.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping platform strategy, overseeing complex implementations, and aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall ServiceNow architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and digital transformation goals.
Define end-to-end technical designs, integrations, and implementation frameworks across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM, and CSM.
Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to translate business objectives into technical solutions .
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance frameworks, and security standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
Oversee the design of integrations with third-party and legacy systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, Active Directory).
Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client workshops as a trusted technical advisor.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow innovations (AI, Now Assist, Flow Designer, App Engine) and promote continuous platform improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory.
Proven experience (8+ years) delivering large-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains.
Strong background in enterprise architecture, platform governance, and solution design .
Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies .
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and managing complex data models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English ; German is an advantage.
