Accountabilities:
Own and optimize the full customer lifecycle, from initial signup through activation, retention, and advocacy
Build, launch, and continuously refine email marketing sequences across all funnel stages
Run ongoing A/B tests to improve activation rates, time-to-value, retention, and customer lifetime value
Identify drop-off points in the user journey and implement data-driven solutions to address them
Engage and nurture a vibrant community by surfacing stories and fostering meaningful interactions
Curate and produce high-quality newsletters to strengthen engagement and brand connection
Develop and maintain growth dashboards, delivering regular performance insights and actionable recommendations
Take responsibility for key revenue-driving metrics, including retention, session volume, and overall growth
