In this role, the Junior Legal Counsel will support the business in the drafting, review, and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and a broad range of commercial contracts within the digital assets and trading ecosystem. Fluency in English is essential for this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with counterparties, vendors, liquidity providers, technology partners, and institutional clientsProvide legal support on a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, brokerage agreements, and partnership agreementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate legal and operational risks in commercial arrangementsEnsure contractual frameworks align with applicable Swiss regulations and relevant international standards in the crypto and financial services sectorCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to streamline contracting processes and enhance legal templates where necessarySupport ad hoc legal matters and internal projects as required during the engagementYOUR PROFILEFully qualified lawyer (Swiss or EU qualification preferred)Relevant professional experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or crypto/digital assetsProven experience drafting and negotiating MSAs and complex commercial agreementsStrong understanding of Swiss contract law; familiarity with financial market regulation and crypto-related legal frameworks is an advantageBusiness-oriented mindset with strong analytical and risk assessment capabilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent drafting and communication skills in English; German is an assetHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
