We are looking on behalf of one of our clients – a recognised player in the high-end retail sector in Switzerland – for a Telephone Operator / Customer Solution Employee on a 100% permanent contract, based in the Geneva region.

Main Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Solution service, you will be a key contact point for customers and various internal departments:
* Reception and handling of incoming telephone calls
* Analysis and follow-up of customer requests as well as internal services
* Management of incoming and outgoing emails
* Reception duties and occasional welcoming
* Coordination of information between different departments
Desired Profile
* Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
* Proven experience in a similar position (contact centre, reception, customer service)
* Very good command of office tools (Excel, Word)
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
* Autonomy, while appreciating teamwork
* Flexibility to work some Saturdays on a rota basis
* Availability for extended hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm + late shifts according to store schedule)
Essential Language Skills
* French (native speaker or very good level)
* Swiss German (spoken and written)
* English (spoken and written)
