Legal Assistant Our office in Morges is looking for a legal assistant to a notary in order to strengthen its team. You will work closely with the notary and the other members of the office in a demanding professional environment that is service-oriented and focused on confidentiality. Assisting and formatting legal documents (real estate sales, wills, inheritance agreements, company formations, etc.). Collecting documents (land register extracts, civil records, identity documents, tax statements). Managing file follow-up: correspondence with clients, banks, and other offices, reminders and scheduling: setting appointments, managing file signatures, proofreading and final checks of documents, drafting letters, notes, and emails in French (and, where applicable, in German/English). General management: opening and archiving files, organizing, maintaining databases, simple invoicing and fee statements.
