You will ensure process excellence, enablement, innovation, standardization and field readiness in Regional operations across warehousing, transport, and import-export/customs - in close collaboration with Group Logistics, Regions, Maisons, Group Platforms and other Group Functions.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Define and Evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM)Define, document, and maintain logistics standards and processes (internal/external warehousing, transport, import-export/customs)Ensure Group logistics operating model framework is clearly governed and consistently applied across systems, Regions, and FunctionsMonitor adherence and identify deviations to drive corrective action and improvementAssess capability maturity and identify gaps to steer the LOM evolution roadmapContribute to strategic prioritization and coordinate the design of major process evolutions (e.g. Outbound, Planning & Scheduling, etc.)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to adapt standards and practices based on Regions feedback, performance results, Maisons/business needs or regulatory changesStructure and Drive Deployment and Enablement in RegionsCoordinate the deployment of new processes and capabilities in strong collaboration with RegionsLead enablement efforts, including training, coaching, and change management support to the Regions, to embed standardized processes and ensure field readinessSupport Regions in structuring the local operating model governance: define roles & responsibilities, capability relays, and organizational set-up (SME, experts, project and tests management, etc.), to apply and monitor the LOM in the fieldFoster co-construction with Regions to determine where logistics standards apply as-is and where local adaptation and evolution are needed.
