Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Understanding job requirements of clients
2. Sourcing relevant profiles through portals, referencing, headhunting, and networking
3. Validating and assessing candidates against job requirements
4. Forwarding interest-checked profiles to clients
5. Coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process
6. Managing candidate expectations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
7. Taking initiative in handling additional responsibilities
8. Helping supervisors achieve team targets
9. Acting as a role model for junior colleagues
Must Have:
1. Very good understanding/knowledge of latest IT skills
2. Minimum work experience of 2 years
Work Arrangement:
The roles will be work-from-home for a few months. However, candidates should be willing to work from the Sion office after that period.
