You will work in collaboration with the Clienteling Senior Product Owner in order to collect the Maison requirements, define the clienteling product roadmap, and support continuous enhancements and innovation:
In line with this, your key responsibilities would include:
 1. Collects, consolidates, and analyzes the Maisons requests for clienteling product evolutions.
 2. Supports in the preparation of the prioritization ceremonies with the Maisons and technical teams, to define, in collaboration with Senior PO, the product evolution roadmap.
 3. Supports Senior PO, UX/UI team, and Technical team to design and monitor the development of changes and new features.
 4. Ensures proper feature delivery compared to business requirements.
 5. Supports and follows up on bugs identified by the Maisons.
 6. Collaborates with Change and Adoption team to foster end-users adoption, by maintaining up to date and easy to use documentations for end-users
 7. Proposes complementary initiatives and best practices to ensure consistency and end-user satisfaction in the development of new features (translation, naming, flows, etc.)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
 8. You have a first experience in client relationship and engagement topics (CRM, Clienteling, Client Activation, etc.) or in retail.
 9. Ideally, You have a first experience in product management (ideally as PO or Proxy PO).
 10. You are agile, flexible and have a team spirit.
 11. You have good organizational and project coordination skills.
 12. You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
 13. You have a sensitivity for luxury and retail sectors.
 14. You are at ease with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce (service cloud), and project planning and ticketing platforms (JIRA, Monday, Confluence, etc.)
 15. Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
