Responsibilities
1. Management of new product development projects, ensuring the reliability, time, and cost targets are met according to specifications.
2. Coordinate, manage, and assess internal or external development partners focusing on expertise, efficiency, and quality.
3. Lead core team meetings, reviews, and workshops; be responsible for project documentation and reporting to management.
4. Monitor budget, deadlines, and quality targets; implement controls for any deviations.
5. Participate actively in requirement engineering in close cooperation with product management, adhering to global standards and guidelines.
6. Maintain and further develop existing local processes and procedures (e.g., Project Lessons Learned) in line with global process specifications.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships actively and promote cross-project cooperation.
Your Profile
1. University degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or completed technical vocational training with further education.
2. 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in managing new product development projects within a multidisciplinary industrial environment.
3. Proficiency in MS Project, Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SAP suite (production).
4. Familiarity with best practice project management methods and tools (WBS, Scheduling, Risk Management, DFMEA, PFMEA).
5. Structured, independent working style with good communication skills; enjoys presenting to audiences.
6. Proficiency in Italian and English.
