Software Developer (80%) – Zürich – Hybrid
This Software Developer role focuses on developing forward-looking solutions within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ecosystem. You will be involved in complex enterprise data projects that enable Swisscom's long-term digital transformation strategy. The initial contract runs until the end of the year, with a high possibility of extension. Enjoy a hybrid working model and contribute to systems that operate at national scale.
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
Your responsibilities as a Software Developer:
* Design and operate data pipelines using Apache Airflow
* Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures and queries
* Manage and enhance NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
* Integrate complex data sources through MuleSoft
* Build and evolve inventory data models (CIM)
* Ensure and document data quality standards
As a Software Developer, you'll work in a collaborative, agile team and actively contribute to the development and integration of high-performance systems.
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
We are looking for professionals with proven experience in Data Engineering and Modeling, strong skills in Python, Perl, and in-depth knowledge of SACM tools (e.g., Microfocus Asset Manager). Familiarity with Apache Airflow, MuleSoft, ETL processes, and CIM frameworks (DMTF.org) is essential. Fluency in English (C1) is required; German is not mandatory.
Experience in container platforms (iKube 2.0, Kubernetes), Salesforce-MuleSoft integrations, and cloud infrastructure inventory (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
