Scope
Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Optical Retail business in Switzerland, comprising recruitment for 170 stores across three banners.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for Retail roles (opticians, optometrists, store managers) – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, to offer negotiations & acceptance.
* Partner strategically with HR Business Partners (for internal hiring), Education (for apprenticeship take-over) and hiring managers to set expectations and meaningful TA campaigns.
* Support in implementing SuccessFactors as ATS;
* Come up with ideas for new employer branding initiatives and hiring beyond Linkedin outreach
* Shape the future of our Talent Acquisition department where we have to build from scratch new structures, processes and tools to collaborate.
Desired profile
* 1-3 years experience in full-cycle high-volume
RETAIL
recruiting; ideally within the optical retail industry
* History of partnering successfully with sales hiring managers and internal HR teams
* Ideas and execution skills
* Fluency in (Swiss-)German & English; French is a big plus
* Ability to work autonomously
