The proposed resource will support the internal engineering organization and is expectedto:
* Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from initiation throughexecution and close-out
* Provide day-to-day project and/or construction management support for engineeringactivities
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables
* Provide on-site oversight of execution activities with focus on safety, quality, cost, andschedule
* Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalateappropriately
* Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, issues, and nextsteps
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager supporting smallCAPEX projects
Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment, with solid understanding ofGMP requirements
Ability to work independently and integrate effectively within an engineering organization
Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Strong organizational and structuring skills, with the ability to provide clear and timelyreporting
Sound judgment to escalate issues and risks at the appropriate time
