The Communications Department is led by a Director and includes a Senior Graphic Designer, a Digital Content Officer, and a Communications Assistant.

The Communications Assistant will be responsible for the communications needs of Rosey World, namely:

* Chyulu Wilderness Camp
* Le Régent International School, including its summer camps
* JFK International School, including its summer camps
* Le Rosey Camps


Communications Assistant

The Communications Assistant should be comfortable in the areas of:

* Copywriting and text editing
* Project management
* Research
* Client relations


Responsibilities

External Communications

* To clients, partners, and prospects

Press Relations

* Answering press requests
* Following up with ongoing projects
* Preparing agreements and multimedia packs

Research

* Potential markets and benchmarking

Prospecting

* Helping with business development and identifying key opportunities
* Follow up with schools and agents


Candidate Profile

* Background in communications, marketing, and project management
* Two-to-four years of experience in a professional environment
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Warm personality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* English and French required; third language preferred (Russian, Turkish, or Chinese)

Job Location: Gstaad (BE) from January to March, Rolle (VD) from April to December
