Approximately 200 employees in Switzerland and Singapore work together to handle the banking operations of demanding clients.
We are seeking a Project Manager | Delivery Manager responsible for Payment projects.
The team
You will join a Payment team of 20 members, including a Manager, 8 software engineers (Cobol & Java), 2 Tech leads, 2 Project Managers, and 7 Business Analysts (also in charge of testing).
You will collaborate with technical teams based in Singapore and Portugal.
Your responsibilities
Analysis, development, and evaluation activities: Handle or implement project streams such as process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, specification writing, reporting, data migration, system configuration, testing, defect management, deployment, training, change management, and user support.
Organization, management, and implementation activities:
* Manage project plans
* Model and implement processes
* Manage testing and defects
* Handle project risks and issues
* Lead technical teams
* Monitor project progress and communicate relevant feedback, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
Communication, contact, moderation, or sales activities:
* Manage change and conduct training sessions
* Facilitate project governance meetings
* Engage with Top Management of Client Banks to ensure satisfaction
* Report project status to Azqore senior management
* Coordinate with strategic stakeholders of Client Banks and communicate progress regularly
Financial and control activities
* Monitor project budget
* Follow up on timesheets
* Control invoices
