What you’ll be doing Document existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement as well as areas of weakness
Define processes for new clients in collaboration with regional directors and clients
Work closely and in a solution-oriented manner with various internal stakeholders
Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture processes
Contribute to process modeling using methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, depending on project needs
Participate in the implementation or facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)
Lead the implementation of new processes, including associated training and communication
Support stakeholders in change management to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes
Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to process creation or improvement, while ensuring proper documentation is maintained
About you Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Manager
Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong customer orientation and solid consulting skills
Excellent communication abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in documenting detailed processes and activities to create clear and effective user guides
Affinity for information technology and digitalization
Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: process management, change management, customer relationship management, or implementation of digital solutions
Fluency in German and English is required; Swiss German is a strong asset
Willingness to travel frequently within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
