Good Receiving Clerk

Physical and documentary receiving of aircraft parts

Verification of aviation documentation (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130, C of C)

Inspection and traceability control of aircraft parts (serial numbers, batch numbers, etc.)

ERP goods receipt processing and stock put-away according to aviation status

Coordination with internal departments regarding incoming aircraft parts

Participation in inventory and cycle count activities

Your profile:

Knowledge of airworthiness documentation and regulatory compliance

Strong attention to detail regarding aircraft parts traceability

Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving within a Part‑145 environment

Corridor ERP knowledge is a plus

Forklift license is a plus

Good English skills, verbal and written; French would be an advantage

Swiss or EU citizen

Domiciled in the area of EuroAirport Basel or willing to move

Supervisor Warehouse & Logistic

Leads together with a small team the daily activities of ImpT Export, tools and Ground Support Equipment as well as Front Desk / Counter Service in our warehouse

Responsible to follow our Process Specification concerning general procedures for receiving goods, supplying parts and tools to production and exporting parts

Technical and personnel management of the team, including efficient shift and vacation planning

Good communication with interfaces between the necessary departments

Responsible for the continuous development of process and procedures within Material Planning

Your profile:

A minimum of 5 years work experience in the logistics area/stores, ideally within a Part‑145 aircraft maintenance company within a similar position

Good organizational and communication skills and ability to prioritize daily workload

Used to work independently, reliably and accurately at all times

Good supervisor and team player skills, self‑driven and pro‑active attitude and the ability to work with fixed deadlines

Good knowledge of MS‑Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Good English skills, verbal and written; French and/or German would be an advantage

Swiss or EU citizen

Domiciled in the area of EuroAirport Basel

Dassault Falcon 8X Captain

EASA ATPL and valid Class I medical certificate

Valid Dassault Falcon 7X/8X type rating

Minimum hours for the Captain Position: 4000 hrs on multipilot aircraft above 20’000kg MTOW and 300 hrs on type

Pilot‑in‑Command PIC Time: 1000 hrs on multipilot aircraft above 20’000kg MTOW

Aircraft Homebase Malaysia

Duty Roster 4 weeks on/off

Preferred Qualification:

Strong understanding of international aviation regulation

Excellent communication and decision‑making skills

Ability to adapt to different cultures and operating environments

Available as of July 2026

Licensed Aircraft Engineer Bombardier EASA Part‑66 Cat B1

Acting as certifying staff in our 145 Base Maintenance organization

Performance of routine and non‑routine tasks and accurate documentation of the work carried out

Performance of modification and SB’s

Performance of related operational and functional tasks incl. engine run

Advanced trouble shooting experience

Willing to work on other aircraft types

Your profile:

Valid EASA Part 66 Cat B1 with at least 3 years practical experience

Type rated on following aircraft types; Challenger 300/350, Challenger 604/605/650, Global XRS/5000/5500/6000

Experience as Certifying Staff on Corporate and VIP aircraft

Used to work independently, reliably and accurately at all times

Good team player skills, self‑driven and pro‑active attitude and the ability to work with fixed deadlines

High level of flexibility in working times and multicultural teams

Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage; Swiss or EU citizen

Domiciled in the area of EuroAirport Basel

Technical Coordinator – Aviation Maintenance Maintenance Coordination

Monitors order status and escalates delays, technical holds, or parts shortages to management

Conducts thorough scope of work reviews for each incoming project, validating that all required maintenance tasks, inspections, modifications, and customer‑specific requirements are clearly defined

Identifies and flags any scope gaps, ambiguities, or technically unfeasible items discovered during SOW review and communicates findings to management, sales, and the customer as appropriate

Team Support

Provides technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and leads

Parts & Tooling Verification

Reviews all work packages and task cards to generate comprehensive parts and tooling requirement lists ahead of aircraft induction

Coordinates with the materials/supply chain team to confirm parts availability, lead times, and sourcing for both consumables and ratable components

Identifies long‑lead or critical parts early and initiates procurement or loan/exchange agreements to prevent AOG delays

Procedures, Airworthiness Directives & Service Bulletins

Reviews all applicable maintenance procedures (AMM, CMM, SRM, NDT manuals) required for the project scope and confirms current revision status before task execution

Your profile:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or related field

Experience with specific aircraft types and business aviation

Background in MRO planning, technical operations, or quality assurance

EASA Part‑66 certificate is mandatory

Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience on commercial or corporate aircraft is mandatory

Strong working knowledge of Part 21 and Part 145 is mandatory

Proficiency with maintenance tracking/MRO software systems is mandatory

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills are a must

Maintenance Manager

Daily oversight of the base maintenance operations

Daily oversight of the shops (Cabin, SMT, Paint, Wheels, Avionics) operations

Develops, promotes, and ensures adherence to Nomad AG Part 145 requirements/policies

Promotes, and ensures adherence to Nomad AG health and safety requirements/policies

Responsible for hangar maintenance, housekeeping and general continuous improvement on shop floor efficiency

Additional responsibilities

Responsible for hours booking, manpower planning, project budget adherence and operational efficiency

Your profile:

Possess over 10 years of experience in an Aircraft Maintenance environment, with over 2 years in a leadership role

In‑depth understanding of base maintenance processes, heavy checks, and aircraft systems incl. refurbishment

Comprehensive knowledge of international aviation regulations (EASA Part‑145, FAA, GCAA)

Ability to hold a EASA Form 2 approval for position MM

Part 66 B1 license

Comprehensive knowledge of Part 21 J and Part 21G

Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage

Swiss or EU citizen

Domiciled in the area of EuroAirport Basel or willingness to relocate

Production Engineer

Works in accordance with applicable procedure as per maintenance organization exposition (MOE‑Handbook and other Nomad Technics instructions / specifications)

Ensures correct consideration and application of certification basis, rules and regulations, means of compliance, and interpretations in the engineering output for the product, system or installation designed

Ensures adequate communication and liaison internally, especially with the external engineering / production PART 21 team, Nomad shops, and project management as well as with external third parties

Acts as mechanical production engineer – liaison engineer in maintenance organization and with design organization

Engineering liaison and supports within the scope of work of the design organization (PART 21)

Production work preparation, liaison, and supports (example: redline, maintenance / shop change request etc.)

Processing and administration of engineering manufacturing data (WO in Corridor, BOM, engineering drawing tracking, manufacturing tracing tag)

Checking, processing, and administration of engineering manufacturing data (drawings, BOM, ground checks and engineering change order / SB)

Administration and interface of material information (materials ordering, standard parts, quantity management) and ordering interface to the logistics department

Works with the sales team during MOD/refurb. quotation activities to define MOD solutions

Liaises with suppliers, requests quotes to find the best solutions and creates the commercial foundation for Nomad quotations

Maintains network of engineering-, interior-, satcom- and other companies relevant for various modifications and refurbishments

Follows up of work package / WOs closure (issuance of EASA form 1, statement of conformity). Responsible for hours booking, manpower planning, project budget adherence and operational efficiency

Your profile:

Profound understanding of engineering, production planning and preparation

Minimum 5 years experience within a production environment preferably within aviation

Computer literate with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with an ERP system, preferably Corridor

Good communication skills in English, German or French in addition will be an advantage

Pro‑active team player with an project oriented functioning

Gulfstream 650 Captain and First Officer

Manager Aircraft Sales and Management Your Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target and engage potential aircraft owners, high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients interested in management services for our private and commercial operation

Build a new business model to offer aircraft sales and manage a robust sales pipeline by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders

Ensure a smooth communication and collaboration within the team to create tailored solutions that meet and delight client’s needs and expectations

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences and client meetings

Your Qualifications:

Business aviation professional with proven track of experience in aircraft sales and management

Strong existing network within the private aviation sector, UHNWIs and family offices

Managing pre‑owned aircraft sales, building client relationships and driving revenue growth with little need for oversight

A clear, confident, yet modest communicator with high emotional intelligence who can advise and persuade in their decision‑making

An energetic and hard‑working, highly motivated, and proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and success‑oriented approach

High level of integrity, discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Willingness to travel and be on call as well after hours
